Cold weather is here!

Now is the time to adopt from our shelter. The cold weather has arrived and we receive calls everyday about cats in garages, under decks and sheds. All without homes! We need space to bring these little ones in out of the cold. Every year we receive cats with frozen paws, tails and ears; and sadly animals that get hurt trying to warm themselves in car engines. There have been cats that have come to us found frozen in snowbanks. Every adoption makes a place in our shelter to house these animals so that they do not suffer. If you're thinking about bringing a cat or kitten into your home, adoptions can be made at PetSmart (please check the holiday schedule in the "Events" column) or our shelter (please contact us to ensure a volunteer is available to assist you - 705-792-4911).
